Only Sarees and Suits are eligible for return or exchange.

Other product categories are non-returnable & non-refundable.
2. Return Window

Customers can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as delivered.

Packaging must remain intact and unopened.
3. Refund Process

For refund requests, customers must contact us via WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery.

Refund will be processed directly after verification of the returned product.

Refunds will be issued to the customer’s account via the mode agreed on WhatsApp.
4. Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Customers must inform us via WhatsApp about the product they wish to exchange.
5. Return Shipping Charges

In case of a normal return or exchange, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
6. Wrong or Damaged Item

If a customer receives a wrong or damaged product, we will provide a free replacement.
