1. Eligible Products

  • Only Sarees and Suits are eligible for return or exchange.

  • Other product categories are non-returnable & non-refundable.

2. Return Window

  • Customers can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as delivered.

  • Packaging must remain intact and unopened.

3. Refund Process

  • For refund requests, customers must contact us via WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery.

  • Refund will be processed directly after verification of the returned product.

  • Refunds will be issued to the customer’s account via the mode agreed on WhatsApp.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  • Exchange shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

  • Customers must inform us via WhatsApp about the product they wish to exchange.

5. Return Shipping Charges

  • In case of a normal return or exchange, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

6. Wrong or Damaged Item

  • If a customer receives a wrong or damaged product, we will provide a free replacement.

  • Customers must share proof (photo/video) of the issue via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.
